Very excited to be launching my new module, entitled 'Regulating Reality: The Law of Misinformation' in the 2024-25 year at @qubschooloflaw This new elective will be open to masters students enrolled on the 'LLM Law and Technology' and 'LLM Law and Human Rights' programmes.

@cahillbooks @Sendthanx I agree with you, and don't think the complaint of the festival being 'divisive' is logically sound.

@Sendthanx I've written reams about the FR. My observation is that it is hypocrisy to complain about being censored for political opinions, while calling for others to be deplatformed for theirs.

Kneecap signs letter asking Mayflower to stop a music festival called "Mise Eire" going ahead in venue. Whatever about who organised the festival or who it benefits, isn't it hypocritical to complain about censorship while supporting censoring others?

As one of the 'experts' who attended this workshop, it is hard to overstate how misleading this characterisation is of the European Commission's approach.
