@CharlesMBrenner I saw your August talk on EverythingALS and wanted to ask if you think high doses of Vitamin B12 would benefit motor nerve dysfunction.
English

@ShaunaIanson pterostilbene makes no sense. the betaine thing was essentially manufactured by someone that wants to sell you betaine
English

@CharlesMBrenner To clarify, my goal is to heal motor nerve denervation actively occurring in one leg, in an otherwise very healthy body, not to live forever. Thanks again.
English

@CharlesMBrenner Thank you. Final question: does NR need any other supplements to support it or is taking it alone sufficient. There’s a lot of different information about add-ons.
English

@CharlesMBrenner Yes, and I’m so glad to have found that information. The Niagen supplement states to take up to three capsules per day (789 mg), but I’ve heard of higher doses for ALS. Do you have a recommendation?
English

@ShaunaIanson sorry but i don’t have any insight on whether this is evidence-based
as you probably know, there are positive results in NR trials

@Rychlo1 Complex is an excellent word to describe social media! How else do you think social media draws in its users besides advertising? What would help make social media more “social” and less about using people for profit?
English

What about when the spread of information is hurtful? What safeguards would help ensure social media is used for true fun and not deception and financial gain? Can we have both?
Rychlo's English 10@Rychlo1
Thesis 3: Social Media is good because it helps people communicate, spread information, and have fun.
English

@Rychlo1 A different perspective to consider is that social media can be used as a tool for good or a tool that has severe unintended consequences. When used without understanding how it distorts truth and our perception of reality it impacts teen mental health and can be dangerous.
English

@Rychlo1 This a powerful, concise thesis statement. I wonder how you would argue that social media created cyber bullying? What else in our society contributes to bullying that is then supported by social media platforms?

Happy Int'l #Alopecia Day! Hummin' a song my grandfather often sang, "This joy that I have, the world didn't give it to me. The world didn't give it, and the world can't take it away." Take up space. See your beauty. Preserve your JOY. Stand in your power. #alopeciaawareness

Indigenous man fatally shot by RCMP was troubled but not violent, says chief globalnews.ca/news/7062792/n… “As many have said, I do know that systemic racism is part of every institution, the RCMP included.” Let’s work hard to notice it, name it and dismantle it.
