A man spots three girls with a small campfire on the beach and quickly runs over to put it out by kicking sand on the flames. Beach fires are often not allowed for safety reasons especially with kids playing nearby. He handled it pretty aggressively though did he go a bit overboard?

I work in switchyards and construction sites across the state. I will simply say not everything happens according to the laws. If work can get done earlier than what the law states, companies take advantage UNTIL someone complains. Company won't get fined unless repeat occurrences happen. Next time don't give a 100% unless you are actually there otherwise you are just lying to everyone here.

Apparently I do know more than you. I never claimed it was emergency work first of all. Second of all, no city would allow a construction company to just roll up and start working on a street without a job bidding prior to the work, let alone without permission. Citizen mad city wants to improve roads. I've been paving the same bridge for over a year dude. Work is slow when it comes to roadways because of high traffic in cities and apparently harassment from karens.
