@SirTonDefense @raphousetv2 They have been getting sued a lot for messing this stuff up. Under the ADA you can only question the prostetic leg and do the test for security on the leg. You cannot ask if your missing leg is your disability and how does that affect you. That is where they are getting sued.

@Mr_Husky1 Yeah pretty sure that was an illegal entry and I would have called the cops on the landlord. Your lease should clearly spell out the requirements for notice of entry. It is 24 hour minimum notice. Get a lawyer and sue him.

While I was out grocery shopping my landlord went into my apartment WITHOUT my permission and took these pictures. He said if I don’t clean up my apartment in the next 3 days that I’m going to be evicted. He claims that he entered under the guise of a “surprise inspection.” But what he doesn’t get is that if I knew he was coming I would have cleaned up and avoided this unjust eviction he’s threatening me with. Do I have any legal recourse or do I have to tidy up a bit in the next 3 days? I was supposed to go out of town this weekend and now I don’t know what to do.

How to make homes more affordable for young families without offering a 50 year mortgage: 1. Deport all illegals and incentivize non-citizens to go home. 2. Eliminate or cap the number of single family homes a corporation can buy. 3. Abolish property taxes.

Nothing will bring down housing prices except for removing a large part of the demand side for housing. I have been saying we need to remove 100 million people from the country. This will not only lower housing prices dramatically, it will save our culture.
