@ApexSeeker_ The correct answer is car "registration" in some states in the U.S you have to pay yearly to "register" your vehicle but it's actually a tax for owning a vehicle. If they actually called it a "Car Owning Tax" people would probably flip out about it.

California is a communist state who picks the winners they want in each election. The illusion of an election is just that, an illusion. They use the drop boxes on the streets to stuff as many fake ballots as they need to choose the Democrat commie they want. If that’s not enough, they’ll make up as many fake ballots as they need in the month that they’re “counting” ballots. Their so-called elections might as well be in North Korea.
