I am mostly off this site anymore, but I will note that I am moving from Huntington, IN to Marion, IN in the next week. I will continue working in the Grant and Wabash County jails in adult basic education (GEDs).

You might have noticed that I haven't posted recently. I am not unsubscribing, but I am mostly giving up on posting for now. I have not (yet) joined the blue sky crowd. Maybe someday. I am keeping this in case I want to contact someone on here.

If you block someone over there, neither of you ever has to think about the other ever again. It’s beautiful.

I think my favorite storyline about that place on this app is the objectively awful accounts from here posting about going over there where they’ve heard it’s less toxic & complaining about being ignored & blocked. Beloved… self-curation/moderation is a form of detoxing.

@GovWesMoore From 2013-2020, I facilitated a Shakespeare program at Pendleton, so this will be my return to doing a program. (I've wanted to return for years, but . . . circumstances.) I am looking forward to this!

@KSPrior Both of my parents are no longer with us, so I know what this can be like. I have prayed for you.

Thank you everyone for all your prayers, wishes, and concerns about my mom. Despite all our efforts, her cancer has returned and metastasized. We are bringing her home from the hospital for hospice care. We don’t know how long she will be with us, but we will treasure every day we have with her.
