Do you expect customer to be this aware of your unannounced policies. Then you dont exchange online purchased article on outlets as if outlets don't operate under @BeechTreePK

Wht could possibly go wrng on 1st day of wrk after Eid holidays 910am outlook crashed which seems like its goin 2 take half of my life recovering 2 normal. 09:30am my desk phone line dies out on me. 10:15am system decides 2 do a forced health check which can't b stopped manually.

First of all there hasn’t been a single U-turn so the word “another” is misplaced. Second, the timings were for Ramzan & I explained why. Third, I know the PM, he will want us all to work even on Sundays. Hence I (and others) will request him to go back to Saturdays off post Eid.
