@Mike17823 I get the frustration. Having written policies & defended companies against religious complaints, this is avoidable. Duty 2 accommodate doesn't mean "give in" or getting labeled racist (my fav 🙄). It’s a 2-way compromise. A 4" hidden rule protects faith AND gym safety legally ⚖️

Like in AB, duty 2 accommodate religious beliefs up 2 the point of undue hardship. However, most fed, prov, airports, have blade limits ie: no larger than 4inches. Goodlife COULD have do policy no larger than 4inches and hidden/no easy access. How big do u think this blade is?

@Seymour_from_GP Nope, 1983 forward that place was electric and never quiet or a so called library. I went to many many games and worked there during 3 of the glory years, you couldn't be more wrong.

@Shaybear98 Yes, but the local media and some of the out-of-town media latched on that and used it all through the Glory Days. Northlands Coliseum was a quiet place in the 1980s. It took a lot to get the fans going because we were pretty spoiled.

If you remember the coliseum during the 80's glory days as "so quiet" and nicknamed the "Library" you were never really there 🤷‍♀️
