Also, something to consider is the teachers who don't live near the school who need to drive in- a teacher died when transportation shut down and schools were kept open

@Tristan64119658 @HWDSB On fairness: I think the guiding principle should be that we should minimize the total amount of instructional time missed, instead of trying to ensure each student gets the same amount.

Schools and childcare centres will be closed on Fri., Dec. 23, 2022, as a result of the major winter storm warning issued by Environment Canada. The Hamilton-Wentworth Student Transportation Services (HWSTS) has cancelled buses, and as a result, schools will be closed.
