@ShebaBrand asides the packaging have you tweaked the recipe for Sheba tuna soup? I have a tabby who will ONLY eat this and wont entertain the chicken equivalent so this is important. Hes refusing the new packets constantly but eating from the old.

@ShebaBrand Good &bad news… my old cat, who adopted me, (& my Yorkie dog) both like you cat food… the good news. Now, respectfully you need to FIRE every one of the people responsible for the design, mfg & QC of your packaging! It is almost impossible for old fingers to open!

This happens to me ALL the time too!! @ShebaBrand please change your packaging!! My cat loves your food but i always cut my finger on the top no matter how careful i am and I’m getting so tired of it 😩

Twice in one week I’ve sliced my fingers open on Sheba cat food sachets/trays and I’m careful. If I’m getting paper cuts from their unsafe packaging others must be too? I tagged @ShebaBrand earlier this week which they've chosen to ignore.

@ShebaBrand What's going on with the turkey Perfect Portions? I can't get it lately. Everytime I order it it's unavailable. Asda's shelves were bare where it should've been. It's my cats favourite! She's not happy! It was bad enough when you discontinued the beef one!
