@gate17marco The problem with the legacy fans is that they don’t value stats . I’d rather higher possession , completed passes and higher XG than goals and cups . I went out with my mates and had a blinding night celebrating all of the above . Trophies and success were so mid 2000s move on.

If I was in charge at Chelsea. My shortlist would be Diego Simeone , Oliver Glasner , Cesc Fabregas , Andoni Iraola. Can’t see any of them either being spoken to or taking it.

So the club hierarchy are 'undertaking a period of self-reflection' wrt the Head Coach position. Presumably they did the same before Rosenior was appointed (see also Potter)? That was clearly a disaster (their fault, not LR's) so why should this time produce a better result?

It can't even be attributed to inexperience or youth. Pedro Neto and Wesley Fofana are two of Chelsea's older players and they've been sent off in successive weeks. It's just pure stupidity.

@henrywinter I agree, I don’t watch football for this nonsense . If I want to watch grappling , I’d watch Rugby or wrestling. I can’t see the Premier League being the global brand it is if this continues .

The grappling at corners has become a joke. When James swung his corner over for Chelsea’s goal, there was Timber holding Chalobah, Rice on Hato, Trossard on Andrey Santos, Saliba on Joao Pedro, Gabriel on Enzo, Zubimendi on Sarr. It happens to Arsenal, too, of course. This is simply one snapshot of a broader problem that officials seem to have given up on policing. Perhaps because it’s so pervasive. The six-yard box has become a mosh-pit. #ARSCHE

My dad has been a season ticket holder at Chelsea since the 1974/75 season. He’s seen Chelsea relegated three times. And he’s adamant, pound for pound, this is the worst Chelsea team he’s ever seen. This squad isn’t built correctly and the heads completely go CONSTANTLY.

@lita12557 I love Bowie and appeal about Bowie is he’s almost over worldly and not like a “normal human” . The thing I love about Macca is almost the opposite . It was heartwarming and emotional . If that was brief , it worked perfectly.

@Sheehan1966 I totally agree James. I knew about a lot of it, but because I was so young I didn’t quite realise how badly the split affected him. BOTR will always be special to me, but even more so now. The 3 things that shone out this doc to me were Love, Family, and how truly amazing he is.

I’ve seen every Beatles / Solo documentary , this is one of the best . Loved it from start to finish . I’m not ashamed to say that I bloody love Macca . #Manontherun
