@TMobileHelp Okay I figured out with the fold 6 you have to open for bigger screen and icons are visible. So I did DM on homepage and then I had to excuse myself cause stress induced intestinal issues were happening. Hopefully tomorrow will show more progress. Thank you for your help!

@TMobileHelp My bill went up $173.00 this month and no one is giving me an explanation that makes any sense. I am on a fixed income retired. Customer 9 1/2 years ready to leave you. PLEASE HELP!!!

@TMobileHelp I have called customer service 3 times no help site on FB no help DM instructions no help cause there is no icons to tap on my side so basically no help!

@TMobileHelp I got nowhere on FB except for a scammer claiming to be TMobile called me through messenger. So no help there.

@TMobileHelp Well I want to dm you but the icons I am suppose to click on are not there. No envelope no pencil in a square. I have read the instructions several times and asked my kids for help and they say the same. Icon I need to click on is not there.

@TMobileHelp How do I DM you from X? Just want you to also know on FB someone is saying they are TMobile. They use FB messenger to call you so number can't be traced. Reported it to FB who did nothing.
