This has incredible cartoon-like plot potential.
At the start of every episode, a slightly smug Maekar chuckles as he is certain he will catch the duo for real this time.
At the end, he screams angrily, as he did in E6.
Then, they start anew.

Something that I'm noticing that's another effect of the literacy crisis is people getting common phrases and sayings *slightly* wrong.
I've seen "nail gazing" instead of "navel gazing" or "burst your bubbles" or "my bang for my buck" or "click" in writing instead of "clique."
