I forgot to add that Benny Johnson can’t wait to post up every time he’s at some elite rich event with buffets dripping with food and when he’s on some trip or yacht, but then turns around and wants to LIE about me. @RonColeman I'm not sure Tucker changed, he just became more outright about his beliefs. He always had weak arguments and debates with anti-semites and it often made me scratch my head. Now I understand why.

When critics post old Tucker Carlson clips (from his Fox era through late 2024) that clash with his current (2025-2026) takes on Trump, Israel, Iran, and radical Islam, defenders often shrug: “He simply changed his mind.” That response feels pretty thin. Why?

@BishopBarron I agree, however I also feel that the Pope shouldn't publicly deride the President. The Church has different tenet of behavior when it comes to political issues and the role should be to guide. What the Pope is doing is divisive and entering a political fray without wisdom.

The statements made by President Trump on Truth Social regarding the Pope were entirely inappropriate and disrespectful. They don’t contribute at all to a constructive conversation. It is the Pope’s prerogative to articulate Catholic doctrine and the principles that govern the moral life. In regard to the concrete application of those principles, people of good will can and do disagree. I would warmly recommend that serious Catholics within the Trump administration–Secretary Rubio, Vice President Vance, Ambassador Brian Burch, and others–might meet with Vatican officials so that a real dialogue can take place. This is far preferable to the statements on social media. I am very grateful for the many ways that the Trump administration has reached out to Catholics and other people of faith. It has been a high honor to serve on the Religious Liberty Commission. No President in my lifetime has shown a greater dedication to defending our first liberty. All that said, I think the President owes the Pope an apology.

@PatriciaHeaton My Grandmother used to say on days like that to pray for someone else, and it does put things into perspective. I think we all have days where our faith is tested and it sounds like you rose to the test.

Woke up this morning struggling with worldly dissatisfaction and discontent and a general spiritual frustration and unease in my soul. It was a mood that was not of God and was not healthy spiritually. So I battled it with gratitude - started thanking Him for the birds I could hear singing (I love birds so much!), then for the trees, then for the fact that I had been given another day of life. Prayed for my boys, had a small spat with hubs (natch), resolved it (after 36 years you don’t give too much weight to these things), had a phone meeting that could have gone off the rails but ended up on a very positive note. Feeling much better. Thank you Jesus. If your Monday started off badly, start with the birds and work your way back to Him.
