@airindia Repeating “dynamic fares” does not resolve my complaint. Your system showed a lower fare, but your support quoted extremely high amounts, preventing me from rescheduling. This is a failure on your side, not mine.

@airindia Urgent help needed. Case #37221942  PNR: 7H9YH4  My travel is on 13 May. I tried rescheduling earlier to 21 Sept but your website showed error and I was quoted very high fares. Even I booked a Flex ticket , not able to reschedule after multiple emails. #AirIndia

@airindia This doesn’t address my issue. Your site showed a lower fare, but support quoted ₹50k–₹1.4L, so I couldn’t reschedule. Request: reschedule to 21 Sept without extra charges.

@airindia Due to system errors and customer support quoting extremely high fare differences (₹50k–₹1.4L), I couldn’t complete the change. As this was not my fault, I request rescheduling to 21 Sept without any fare difference. #AirIndia #CustomerRights

@Sheetalcws Dear Mr. Singh, thank you for your patience. We wish to inform you that there is no charge for rescheduling till 4 hours prior to departure however fare difference will be applicable and the same is dynamic in nature. Please write back for further assistance.

@airindia What exact policy are you referring to? This was never clearly explained during booking. Why offer a Flex ticket with extra charges if the flexibility is not actually honored?

@airindia Also, its been over a month on following up on this issue. So the problem ,we are unable to reschedule the Flex ticket from the website or from the app and when we try to do it via customer support , they ask us for a extemely extra amount which is not accepted on a flex ticket

@airindia We are not getting any help after multiple emails, the reason they provide to not use the benefits of flex ticket is not appropriate and not understandable ,we would like your team to revert on the right reasons for " Flex ticket can be rescheduled "
