But we believe that’s different than having a market directly settling on someone’s death, which is not allowed for US regulated entities. What’s the point of the market, then? My favorite market to trade was the superbowl brand and attendance markets- I made about 50K between the two. With just a bit of research you could find out whether or not the marketing executives at some of these companies had confirmed whether they were doing ads, or if a celebrity had commitments during the game time.

I made $403K profit trading prediction markets in February. I had 2 major opportunities to size up (Superbowl and SOTU) and was rewarded with $100K days for both. Not a flawless month like January, I lost many high conviction bets, took my biggest loss ever ($30K) and had my first red week. But I quadrupled my volume, doubled my profit month over month, and diversified to other categories. I'm very happy with my performance overall, I know there won't be a month as ripe with opportunities as this one for a while. Going to temper my expectations and focus on the $1M milestone for March instead of trying to outperform February.

DRAFTKINGS TOOK $100,000 FROM MY ACCOUNT: Last night, DraftKings went ahead and paid me out $18,500 in winning bets, along with $80,000 in pending bets on Pick-6. Upon withdrawing a portion of the 18.5k DraftKings froze my account, rescinded the payouts and cancelled my withdrawal. Upon rescinding the money they unlocked my account with no communication or explanation. As the Pick-6 Sets were still pending I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed it would be repaid. They have now gone and systematically deleted all 9 of my slips, they’re no longer in the live category or recent picks. THERE HAS BEEN NO COMMUNICATION from DraftKings regarding this in the last 16 hours. Please RT if also affected. @DK_Assist @DKSportsbook @Pick6
