Arshad Nadeem was the defending Commonwealth Games champion. Four years later, he can’t even make the top 8. That should be a massive wake-up call for Pakistan athletics. An Olympic champion needs an elite setup around him — a world-class coach, proper support staff, sports science, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and recovery. Instead, Arshad has been dealing with injuries without the kind of high-performance system an athlete at his level needs, while training on a poor track at Punjab Stadium. This is not how you manage an Olympic champion. Arshad’s gold in Paris should have been a watershed moment for Pakistani athletics. It should have triggered investment, better facilities and a proper high-performance programme. Instead, two years have been wasted. The athletics federation needs to seriously reassess how Arshad is being managed. There is still time to turn this around, but action is needed NOW. LA 2028 is getting closer. We cannot afford to waste more time.

@Sheromalik I don't think I've ever seen someone here use a torch to examine piles. But different systems. Most we ever use a torch for is to check pupillary reflexes.

People come with various issues like piles, fissure and hernia etc, so it’s unethical to use cell phone torch to examine their genital area imo.

After 25 you are somehow a burden on your family if you continue to live with them without earning, they won’t say that directly to your face ever but their actions and gestures will tell you.

As far as undergraduate distinctions are concerned one of my classmates had 9 distinctions in MBBS, he applied for a demo job after Hj in a private hospital bcz he was preparing for step 3 at that time but got rejected.
Practical world is different from what you see online folks.

Methotrexate is an anti folate drug which inhibits dihydrofolate reductase and stops the conversion of DHF to THF thus it inhibits DNA synthesis.
It’s an anti metabolite and works in S phase of cell cycle.
