Palm Sunday. The only time Jesus had a triumphant recognition as the King He is when He was here on Earth. Fulfilled prophecies. Gave way to sacrifice, and ultimately redemption. Focus on Him to start your week. He paid it all, for you and for me. All to Him we owe.

Today is Holy Monday. The day Jesus kicked the money lenders out of the Temple. Modern Christianity wants to paint Jesus as a harmless pacifist who just wanted everyone to get along. They couldn’t be more wrong. He doesn't write a strongly worded letter. He doesn't ask them politely to leave. He physically braids a whip of cords, flips the heavy wooden tables, scatters the money and expells them from His Father's house. The Lord is not pleased with mere appearances, trees without fruit, rituals without prayer, temples without reverence. He calls for authentic worship, conversion of heart, and fruitful holiness. Today He asks each of us: 1) "Am I a fig tree full of leaves but no fruit?" 2) "Is My heart a house of prayer, or a den of distractions?" Let Him cleanse the temple within you. Let Him overturn the tables. Let Him cast out every idol. Because where He cleanses, He heals. Where He purifies, He restores. Follow Him with all your heart and BEAR FRUIT! “I am the vine, you are the branches. He that abideth in Me, and I in him, the same beareth much fruit: for without Me you can do nothing.” - (John 15,5)

This Easter, I invite you to look at Jesus, consider what he said and did, and ask for yourself what I believe is the most important question you will ever answer: Did he really leave behind an empty tomb? @LynAldenContact I agree. Just sat down in the studio and your post came up. Spent time in Camden as a kid. Best pizza I ever had. Used to spend nights in Fortescue right here. Did you ever visit as a kid and was the old barge still there?

The thing about Philly and South Jersey is that while we are known for cheesesteaks, we actually have some of the best pizza in the country. Plenty of Italian pros here. When I’m asked NYC or Chicago Pizza, my answer is Philly and South Jersey Pizza. I’ll go to bat for that.

The closer I get to Jesus, the more I desire the simple things.

Today is the day Jerusalem named Jesus Christ their King! Today we commemorate Palm Sunday, the triumphant entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem. As He rode on a humble donkey, the crowds didn't just see a teacher, they recognized their King. By laying down palm branches and cloaks, the people of Jerusalem made a powerful declaration: "Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord!" It was a moment where the earthly and the divine met, as they named Christ their King.

You will not regret reading the Bible with your wife and kids today.
