@easyJet well on top of failing us as an airline with no one being able to do their job or willing to help us, someone else impersonating you reached out to me trying to scam me! You are a terrible airline! We are now stranded in Milan with nowhere to go!

@easyJet we are in Sicily about to fly to Milan. Our flight is delayed. We will miss our connecting easyJet flight to Lisbon. Your Italian customer service number doesn’t work. No one here at Catania will help us. What can we do?
