Three days of inspiration, empowerment, and career growth on our Steve Morgan Foundation Works female focus provision✨ Women came together to learn from multiple departments across the club, including Fan Experience, Recruitment, and Melwood teams. The journey ended with a networking event in celebration of #InternationalWomensDay! ❤️

We collaborated with Wirral Council to bring to life an employability programme with the NHS❤️ The programme gave care leavers the opportunity to access placements and jobs roles within the NHS, ranging from HR to Occupational Health. Well done and best wishes to the participants who have started their roles within the NHS!✨

Our first collaboration with Amazon fulfilment centre in Knowsley concluded last week, with 8 weeks of skill development workshops at the Amazon warehouse designed to equip participants with essential workplace skills🚚 Funded by Steve Morgan Foundation, the programme saw all participants apply for warehouse positions, solidifying their experience with direct and real job applications✨

In addition to meeting the football legends, the participants learned more about their career journey and even took part in an interactive Q&A!
