@themultiplemom It’s crazy because my therapist just asked about my chewing ice (I’m addicted & was chewing while in session 🥴) & all this time I thought I might have low iron but she told me to see about taking magnesium instead & this is like the second sign so lemme see about it

Black women if you do nothing else, please make sure you are getting enough magnesium, zinc, calcium, DHA/Omega 3s, vitamin d, b vitamins and iron. Please invest in good supplements. I use garden of life products. But there are other brands with quality supps.
