@TrollingCanuck Echoes of Canada
Canada is weak, a shadow of what once stood tall, vulnerable, crumbling, as dreams begin to fall. Canada is broke, a land of endless debt, divided hearts and minds, in a nation’s deepest fret. Brainwashed minds in silence sleep, A country lost, too numb to weep
@moistenthetip1@TrollingCanuck Not a lot has changed! Toronto has grown dramatically! We’re sadly impacted by Trump’s tariffs and world dramas as EVERYONE is! Come visit!

@TrollingCanuck If not so true it would be funny.
In the 60s and 70s I grew up in CT/NYC.
Mom would take us several times a year to Canada.
Museum of Science
Hockey HOF
Mississauga just to walk around a beautiful downtown
Great times I'll remember forever.
Not sure she'd take us there today
I’m tired of staying quiet, make some noise! We need to vote out Trump or impeach him. He’s a threat to Canada, our sovereignty and our economy, a danger to Americans and a menace to the world. Comment yes if you want him and his administration gone! Retweet, take a stand! 📣
Everything wrong with Canada falls on the back of one single person, the Governor General of Canada, Mary Simon who refuses to hold this Liberal Government accountable.
This idiot needs to resign, theres no doubt shes fully compromised and getting lobbied behind the scenes.
Under Pierre Poilievre's leadership, the Conservative Party of Canada secured over 8.1M votes, won the youth vote, and brought in many young people into the Conservative movement.
Pierre has earned every right to continue leading Canada's Conservatives and has my full support.
@wealthmoose And yet if Pierre had won would there be as much uproar over a loser who lost his Nepean seat and rushed out to AB and have a sitting member vacant his seat so Pierre could have it and then qualify to have a seat in Parliament? OK?🇨🇦
🚨A Message to All My Canadian🇨🇦 and American Friends 🇺🇸
🇨🇦 Mark Carney is the first Canadian Prime Minister in our history to achieve a majority government that nobody voted for.
Between floor-crossers and the April 13 byelections, we are seeing a "technical majority" engineered in backrooms, not at the ballot box.
Today, we no longer have a Democracy. 🇨🇦
The Global media would have gone ballistic if @realDonaldTrump 🇺🇸 would have done something similar 💁🏻♂️

Pierre Poilievre stood in the HoC today and gave himself a victory speech.
Not going anywhere. Next Prime Minister of Canada.
Never congratulated the winners in last night by-elections. Never said anything about the conservatives who ran. Just himself.
Arrogant POS.
Today, Canadians watch helplessly as a man who was never elected as a member of parliament, was not a Canadian resident, and who had no relationship to Canadians prior to being (s)elected as Prime Minister steals an unelected majority Liberal government.
The irony of some falsely accusing the Freedom Convoy of trying to overthrow the government. What do you think is happening??!?
@ChrisBarber1975@TomMarazzo
@johnrackham82 Sorry about that! We’ve just given him a (yaaay) majority government! Now if you get rid of that orange turd who denigrates us by yapping about a 51st state then there’s room for discussion!
Thx 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Dear Canada,
The American People love and cherish you.
What we don't like is your Prime Minister bad mouthing us while he and his family live in, study in, work in, own in, and profit from the United States.
Get rid of this globalist turd.
@rightblend Your post was too long and whiny to finish.
What I'm not seeing in there is any semblance of conservatives taking responsibility for this situation. That doesn't indicate a party ready to rule either.
@rightblend "Voters denied Mark Carney's majority at the election. He doesn't care and he's using backroom deals to get it anyway."
Does not inspire confidence in the electoral system when politicians can be bribed.
Carney doesn't respect democracy. He's going to be the first person in Canadian history to secure a majority government by luring opposition MPs to cross the floor.
Every other Canadian PM up until now had the decency not to form a majority like this. That's saying something!
Voters denied Mark Carney's majority at the election. He doesn't care and he's using backroom deals to get it anyway.
After the three byelections today, each of which were previous Liberal seats (Terrebonne was vacated by the Supreme Court because of a ballot issue and the two GTA seats were held by Chrystia Freeland and Bill Blair), Canada will cross an unprecedented line.
If Carney was truly as popular as the polls say, surely he would do the right thing, call an election, and win the old fashion way. That would completely deflate any criticism and controversy.
Unless the controversy is what he wants. The media never holds him or the Liberals accountable. They practically act as his stenographers.
So maybe that's why Carney feels so comfortable with the criticism of undemocratically securing a majority because he knows the media won't care or will defend him.
And, worst yet, the valid criticism will make the miserable parts of his base happy (temporarily, until they look at the price of their groceries and bills - but "it's Harper's fault from 10+ years ago!") by disenfranchising other Canadians whose viewpoints they hate.
@rightblend Call for a national strike so we can force and election.
If we get the numbers to shut the country down and the Liberals still win a majority then we know.
@rightblend Joly basically admitted that liberal voters/supporters receive benefits from the government if they vote liberal. That is not democracy and you liberal supporters know it.
