FSD på Teslaen kan forhindre ulykker der Teslaen er den aktive parten, men ikke nødvendigvis der en annen bil kjører inn i en Tesla. FSD er i dag «supervised» (overvåket av sjåfør). Antakelsen om «0 ulykker» er et sterkt idealscenario. Poenget er at det er nok mer enn ett og færre enn ti. Et sted mellom der finnes et rimelig estimat på hva politiske myndigheter og folkets embedsverket er villig til å ofre av død på norske veier i 2026. I tillegg kommer alle ulykker som medfører varige skader. Nullvisjonen et samlet Storting vedtok i 2001 behandles som billig retorikk av folk som har trafikksikkerhet som hovedjobb. Triste saker.
