@DandG_Support How Bad Can It Get! The company, Gledhill confirms our Cylinder Boilermate OV made by them is a "Vented" system but D&G continue to rely on "incompetent" engineer reports to class it as "Vented" so they don't have to pay for the repair. I am now paying Gledhill £378/- to sort it

@DandG_Support Thank You! Long will that take as the issue is now ongoing for more than 3 weeks (since 6th Jan). I think my time is precious and I want this to be resolved ASAP preferably today as I have taken time off from work. I hope you understand what the cost of that is!

@DandG_Support INCOMPETENT ENGINEER. SYSTEMIC FAILURE: Multiple complaints, still have an active leak. Upheld complaint, incompetent engineer relied upon Misclassified an Open-Vented cylinder as "unvented". Triggered refusal of repair needs urgent correction, not deflection.

@DandG_Support I have contacted you on direct message but with no effective resolution of the problem despite spending considerable personal time on phone and having to take time off from work to be available for your engineers. How long should we suffer? We were without hearing x >3wks.

@DandG_Support Have made now more than 10 calls and spend 100s of mins without any resolution because of "incompetence" of an engineer who doesn't know the difference between "unvented" and "OPEN VENTED" systems.

@nehapadhi @jeffgadsden @KartikBSonawane @DrBluesNYC Yes, They Work and We Do Them Regulary! It is not what you do, it is how you do them. Phrenic nerve can be seen easily with present day US machine and if you are in the right plane, you don't get spillage! Plenty of videos that I can show you.
