@UberIN_Support @UberIN_Support @Uber_India it’s been 48+ hrs and still no refund or proper response. The app showed ₹684 but I was charged ₹4,441 because the driver didn’t end the trip. When confronted, he was rude to a remote location + female colleagues, so I didn't escalate the situation

@UberIN_Support On 12 Nov, my ride was estimated at ₹682 but I was charged ₹4442. The driver was rude, shouting, and refused to cancel despite repeated requests. I was with female colleagues, stuck in a remote area for over an hour, fearing for our safety we ended up paying #WomensSafety
