Hi @Uber_India,@Uber, @Uber_Support Disappointing experience in Pune.Booked Nigdi to Seasons Mall (~30 km) at ~₹350, but after the trip started, the driver said ₹25/km and the fare went up to ~₹750.This feels misleading—expect consistent pricing as shown in the app.

@Uber I had a very frustrating My fare was shown as ₹113, but before the trip even started, ₹153 was deducted from my account. Then, during the trip, the app showed that I still needed to pay ₹113 offline. After reaching the destination, the driver asked me to pay ₹163 more.

@Uber_Support @Uber Showing a rate of 110 inr while booking and charging 16-25 INR higher during end of ride everytime since 17th March 2026 without any change in route+ ride time etc. On top of it giving lame excuses for the increase in rate. It's disgusting and fraudulent.

@UberIN_Support Also, on 19 March 2026 at around 2:30 PM, we booked an Uber car, and even the driver insisted on going by meter. We have call recording proof, and you can also verify this from the Uber call records. This issue is now happening even with cars, which is very concerning.

1. Booked an UberXL from Pune Railway Station this morning—fare showed ₹387.76. Once I stepped out with my mother, the driver suddenly said he’d go by meter or cancel the ride. Felt stuck and had no real choice in that moment.
