@UberIN_Support I had reserved the Uber for a ride at 10 am today . However the ride was cancelled by drivers (2). Thus the purpose of reservation was lost. The ride was delayed by an hour . The reservation fee must be refunded .

@Uber_Support This is unacceptable. My ride showed ₹45 but I was charged ₹180, plus I was enrolled in Uber One without my consent. I need an immediate refund and explanation. If not resolved ASAP, I’ll escalate this to consumer authorities. #Uber
