@CapitecBankSA @la_fisto Your client service team say we have investigated and we found that the money was released and the ATM was working fine. WHERE IS THE PROOF of this so call investigation? Where is the CCTV showing me receiving the money? Stop scamming us of our hard earned money.PLease

Dear @CapitecBankSA I sent my self this voucher yesterday morning and the ATM i went to had no more but my voucher has been deemed and im 100% positive that I'm the only who had the Pin so please advise.

@CapitecBankSA @Bramaisho1 Yes I called the customer care and was told that the money will be sent back to my account. Though I'm relieved but I'm sad as my son's car keys were taken as he could not pay for petrol due to money that he couldn't cash

Capitec Bank I did a cash send to my son and when he get to ATM to redeem the money it said REDEEMED. He poured petrol and now he can't pay because the money is redeemed and now they took his car keys.😔🤔

@CapitecBankSA Hi on 27 April26 I withdrew a cash send voucher of R1000 at an ATM in Giyani.no money came out but an error receipt stating voucher still active.i tried logging a complaint only tobe told "the voucher was redeemed" and ATM was working.how
