The data just forced me to make a change to the public experiment. And it’s a BIG ONE. Fridays are officially REMOVED from the forward test. Here’s why. While reviewing the full backtest dataset, one statistic stood out immediately. The system behaves very differently on Fridays. Win rate by day: • Monday → 88.4% • Tuesday → 84.2% • Wednesday → 80.5% • Thursday → 84.3% • Friday → 52.0% Every other day of the week sits around 80–88%. Friday drops to 52%. That’s not a small difference. That’s a completely different market behavior. — Why does this matter? Because this experiment is not about forcing trades. It’s about executing a statistical edge. If the data clearly shows that one day behaves differently, the rational decision is simple: Remove the noise. So from now on the public forward test will run: • Monday – Thursday only • 2:00 AM New York time • 1 MNQ micro contract • TP $300 / SL $300 • BE lock at +$250 → +$200 One trade per day. No discretion. — So the public experiment continues. But now with a cleaner structure. Monday → Thursday only. Day 1 of forward testing already closed +$300. Day 2 of forward testing already closed +$300. Let’s see how the next trades unfold. — One question for other traders: Have you ever found that one specific day of the week completely breaks an otherwise profitable system? #AlgoTrading #FuturesTrading

One of the Ali LARIJANI friend shared a story - The Other Side of Mr. Larijani. He writes; A few months ago on an autumn afternoon at their home, I met his wife. We were supposed to talk about her mother, but throughout our entire conversation, "ALI" never left her lips. She said: "When Ali is not home, it feels like my hands have been cut off! When Ali is here, he does all the household chores. Without me even asking him to, he moves the groceries. He cleans the vegetables, chicken & washes the dishes." My mouth hung open at the thought: how could a man who carries Iran's national security on his shoulders outside the home be able to clean chicken and wash dishes at home. She further said, "Ali hadn't been home for six months. Ever since the twelve-day war, he was no longer allowed to have a normal life." A man whom the world's superpowers had put a bounty on to kill, was a romantic soul with the heart of a young man, a seasoned demeanour & calm maturity. Farideh said, "Ali never took a salary from the parliament, nor from his later responsibilities. His salary for years has been the same as a university professor, from which he even deposits a portion each month into the public treasury so as not to be indebted. She said when we were buying this house, we needed money, and my daughter suggested, "Dad, couldn't you take your back pay from the parliament?" But Ali refused and said: "We owe this country so much. I have no claims." These words were said by someone who, from the first days of the revolution, had not spent a moment in comfort and had run and toiled for Iran. She said, "Ali's family was above my family, and they had plenty of land and sheep in the north. But the house they had chosen for us after marriage was so small that Agha Shaheed Motahhari (Father of Fareed) had to buy two sofa sets and two carpets for his daughter's dowry to fill the empty spaces in the house." Those same sofa sets and carpets that were still in Ali and Farideh's home, and they had no other sofas besides the ones that Martyr Motahhari had bought forty years ago. It wasn't strange at all. Farideh said: "In these forty-something years since my father's martyrdom, Ali has been a father to me, and a husband, and a friend, and a teacher. I can't bear to see even a single hair missing from his head." Last night, when I read the news of Mr. Ali's martyrdom with the phrase "Ali Larijani has been martyred," I wasn't worried about him at all, or even the revolution. But I thought a lot about Ms. Farideh. About a woman whose father Morteza was martyred one day & yesterday her friend, teacher, and husband Ali—who, when he was not home, feels like Farideh's hands have been severed—and even her son Morteza, who had a beautiful voice and gave a lovely call to prayer. I am sure that a single sigh from this woman could uproot America and Israel.

Hi, this is Alaa Radwan, I wanted to clarify my situation following the attack I was subjected to. I have deleted the tweet that reached over 6.5 million views, in which I asked for support to help cover part of the expenses for pursuing my MA in the UK. I have also temporarily deactivated my account after receiving a large volume of hateful comments and messages. I am attaching a small sample of these messages in the comments. I would like to firmly confirm that I am a real person and that this fundraiser is genuine. I am not a scammer. This is my fundraiser gofund.me/e7f29e9fb I'd like to thank everyone who donated to my cause. In addition to the online harassment, I have also been subjected to a highly distressing and inaccurate attack on British national television on GB News. In response to these accusations, I have written a detailed article explaining my situation and addressing the claims made against me. You can read it here: alaafromgaza.substack.com/p/attacked-on-… The GB News segment can be viewed here: youtube.com/watch?v=UXIpsu… @JKSteinberger @MonicaLMarks @History__Speaks @owenjonesjourno @KavitaAlguMD

here is the prompt I used on @perplexity_ai max (Computer)...feel free to mess around with the weightings, etc. ----------------------- PROMPT: Build “Should I Be Trading?” — Bloomberg Terminal-Style Market Dashboard Build a live, auto-refreshing Bloomberg Terminal-style web dashboard called “Should I Be Trading?” that evaluates the current stock market environment and outputs a clear, actionable trading decision for swing traders. --- Core Output The system must display: 1. I made a "should I be trading?" dashboard. Scores the market across 5 pillars: - volatility (put/call ratio, vix, positioning) - trend (spx vs 20d, 50d, 200d ma's) - breadth (advancing/declining, nas highs/lows) - momentum (sector leaders, laggards, % participation) - macro (fomc, rates, geopolitics) Each is weighted, combined, and averaged to give me a score for the current environment. Basically a yes, no, or stay small. Sometimes I just need someone (or something) to remind me to stay out. Happy to share the prompt if you guys want it...but I made this with @perplexity_ai's Computer.

When this war is over, the Qatari dictatorship will be forced to pay full reparations for the crimes this US proxy enabled against the Iranian people. The assault on Iran began with the drones that flew from Doha to murder General Soleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis.

$FMCC $FMNA A housing slowdown does impact Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, but not in the way most people expect. They are not directly tied to home sales like builders or real estate agents. Instead, they make money by buying, guaranteeing, and securitizing mortgages—so their exposure is more tied to mortgage activity and credit performance than transaction volume. Right now, the housing market is better described as “frozen” rather than collapsing. Supply remains constrained, demand exists, but high mortgage rates have slowed transactions. This leads to fewer new loans and refinancing activity, which can weigh on short-term growth for Fannie and Freddie. However, limited housing supply is also keeping home prices relatively stable. That’s important because it protects the quality of the mortgages they guarantee. As long as home prices hold and unemployment stays low, default risk remains contained—this is far more critical to their stability than how many homes are being sold. Looking ahead, if interest rates decline, mortgage activity could rebound through refinancing and improved affordability. Combined with ongoing government support, this creates a more stable medium-term outlook. In short, this environment is a volume slowdown—not a credit crisis. And for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, credit health matters far more than transaction volume. I’d keep my focus on unemployment rate a bit more at this point.

Arab regimes have just one way to save themselves, the region and the world from catastrophe, and that's to immediately and unconditionally cut all ties with Israel, reject normalization forever, and order all American military personnel, spies and mercenaries out of their territories, with an ultimatum before cutting all ties with the US as well and removing its people and bases by force. But they won't do it, and so they won't survive what's coming
