Great, heavy character drama with incredibly thoughtful worldbuilding about an alien raised by humans and the alienation and dysmorphia she experiences because of that, I highly recommend it

@bakedbananners1 -unique and actually alien. If they still breathe nitrogen-oxygen, move things with their manipulator limbs, walk on the ground, talk –at least what I see here, they're all just humans in weird shapes with way more difficult to manufacture clothing. A downgrade to humans.

i think the reason i tend to dislike a lot of alien stuff is because i think it's a little. self centered (? or something similar. i'm not real sure). to think that they'd look humanoid or human-adjacent or whatever
