@vinodchendhil It’s a small outlet, absolutely worth it if you don’t mind standing while you eat.

@vinodchendhil If you get the time, visit Veena stores in Bangalore. Their Puliyogare is out of this world. And the chutney they serve with Idli is ♥️

Planning a visit to Delhi/Bangalore next month to meet the qcom giants. Which would be the best places here to explore food (non-spicy) in both these places. Veg/non-veg both works.

@the_motonomad @delhivery Looks like there is no shipping company that has it’s operations fully sorted. If you have to pick the lesser evil…which one would it be?

Brands that use @delhivery should put a disclaimer so that you can avoid buying from them

@RohitAryannn Became friends with a Chinese restaurant owner who was too skilled for the setup he could afford. Most of his customers complained that the food he made didn’t have the usual colour 🤦🏽‍♂️

Very sad to see that 90% of street food is being damaged with mayonnaise and cheese. I still remember the time 10 years back when street food was safe from all these. Har chiz mai mayo and cheese daalna zaroori nai hai.

how i'm doing it: fed all of the below to my Claude copywriting skill (based on Sugarman copywriting handbook) - reddit - competitors' amazon 3-star reviews - website reviews - customer calls transcripts distilled it all into a customer-voice.md file
Shiv@ShivkumarDhale

@nikunjtaneja_ How does one do that?

brands often overindex on what's usually called the "brand voice" while they should actually be overindexing on "customer voice" you make mistakes and you learn

Ready to Eat ads are seriously working well it seems. Lots of awareness already. Yesterday we received an order from one of the best restaurants in Mumbai. Since I know the owner, I could understand it was for his home. Hoping it’s for travel use and not research 😅

These aren’t creative calls. I think Jeff bezos had beautifully created a leadership principle called “Are right a lot” . It is exactly what you defined, taking calls in the absence of data because you’re trained on enough such past expertises that your gut is almost always right. It needs to be trained overtime. Also known loosely as experience.

This is true for software. This is true for consumer goods. Sometimes when I get asked, sure your lunchbox/ bento became successful, how will you do this for other categories, I’m left flabbergasted. It’s simple. You listen. You identify gaps and white space, you design, you ship out, if it works great, if it doesn’t talk to consumers again and understand what is missing, go back reiterate and deploy again. It is not rocket science. It is not luck. And on top of this add the brand POV which is your design language…packaged together tightly. Some categories are easy. Some categories are hard but since I started my professional career as a PM at a brand and ended as a PM at amazon, the process is exactly the same. The development and engineering language is different!

The only way to learn product management is to ship a product users love You build a good product by talking to users and iterating again and again and again. Till you arrive at a version users love Better PMs will iterate faster Average PMs will iterate slower But there is no other way to learn product management than to take a product to PMF through a thousand iterations Don't waste your time on theory and frameworks Repeat after me... The only way to learn product management is to ship a product users love The only way to learn product management is to ship a product users love The only way to learn product management is to ship a product users love The only way to learn product management is to ship a product users love Fin.

@HR_starryeyes Are there any measures one can take to ensure this doesn’t repeat? Or is it a bug that keeps showing every now and then?

@ilanvasanthi I feel triggered when there’s AI as I know it’s leading nowhere. Btw what if someone uses AI and solves things correctly ? I know it’s a long shot, but let’s say someone has cracked it to an insane level.

@ShivkumarDhale Earlier sending an email/talking to customer support would solve it. Now it just acts bridge between real solution and problem. Just raising tickets.

I see a pattern in three Industry which i am dealing on daily basis nowadays. Meta/vodafone/Star Health My guess is They have replaced humans with Ai, but inturn, ai is not productive n piling up more tasks for humans.
