Strong local leadership. Consistent presence. Not just rallies before elections. Rahul Gandhi needs to spend more time on the ground, with regular visits. AAP is already collapsing after the local election results. The hype is gone. If Congress prepares from now, the 2027 Vidhan Sabha results will shape 2029. Gujarat is not impossible.
