Anonymous: I had two tickets to the Super Bowl. My dad was supposed to go with me. He passed away suddenly a week before the game. Everyone told me to sell the ticket. "It's worth $3,000!" I couldn't do it. I went to the stadium. I stood outside with a sign: "Free ticket. Must sit with me and tell me Dad jokes." People thought I was crazy. Then an older guy approached. He looked just like my dad. Flannel shirt. Kindly eyes. "I don't have a ticket," he said. "I just came to listen to the crowd. My son used to love football. He died in a car wreck last year." I handed him the ticket. "You're sitting in seat 101," I said. We sat together. We ate hot dogs. We told bad jokes. We cried a little. For three hours, I had a dad, and he had a son. Best game of my life.

Bombing Iran (as much as I dont agree with it) is the most transparent usage of our tax dollars. All of your proposals are great but how can you have faith that any tax money would actually go to those causes when most of our tax dollars go to NGO and vastly bloated administrative salaries. Fraud is so rampant in our government that unfortunately I can at least see my money being spent on a bomb falling out of the sky.

No voter ID, especially when combined with mail-in ballots, means the system is engineered to make fraud impossible to prove. Everyone knows that you can barely get through your week without showing ID for the most banal activities, like shopping at Costco. The only reason to ban ID is to hide massive voter fraud.

The reality is there's mass amounts of cheating in our elections. Just because there's an engineered lack of data, does not mean there isn't data to the contrary. The new CBS/YouGov poll shows that 80% of Americans support Voter ID including 80% of black Americans & 77% of Hispanic Americans. Yet why is it that Congress seems so intractable to wanting to pass a such a popular policy?
