I reread part of my book that’s coming out in two weeks last night & caught a few mistakes. but you know what? I really couldn’t have worked on it any longer. I spent almost fifteen years on this book. it was time to move on. here’s hoping readers will focus on the ideas.

About 4600 words into my latest project, now at least I have my two main characters sketched out and I loved them.

@HiddenYorkshire I don't know, for me it comes off like Carson McCullers Or some other southern literary type. The anecdotal chatter is on point, however.
