@ShotsAppHQ I've been exporting a lot of mockups, now it seems like I can't download media anymore. It says "Downloaded" but nothing happens. I have already deleted cache and cookies and logged out as well. Nothing helps. Happy to share screenrecording of the issue.

For the past few days, our network provider was throttling our bandwidth due to high traffic. This caused issues for some of our users. We've migrated to new infrastructure, everything should be working smoothly now ✅

Hi @ShotsAppHQ is there a reason why I can't export my video? After a few attempts to upload the video the export button is greyed out with no feedback!

@paulmbw Hey Paul, As of today unfortunately we don’t have a way to adjust the media inside the mockup. If you also recorded the video on a iPad 13 inch and it’s not fitting correctly then that sounds like a bug and we can fix that.
