@IndiGo6E My sister is travelling from Mumbai to Istanbul and got a call to cancel the ticket, no emails. Funny part when you postponed that flight by 5 mins you dropped 3 emails and now when everyday from last 5 days the flights are delayed by 1 hour you are not bothered to drop an email?

@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia @JM_Scindia They are misleading customers costing tons of money and from last 4 hours we are on call with them but no solution. This issue is happening since 23rd but calling 1 day before scheduled departure and still no emails of delay. Just calls to cancel the ticket

@LycamobileUK I’ve changed my phone and my esim was not transferred so your customer sevice told me to buy a new esim. I bought 3 esims in last 4 days and none of them had QR code. Your backend team is not even able to sort this out after 4 days. Kindly look into this asap!
