Step 1: get hired at Big company
Step 2: Share this news on social media to get lots of followers (hello! I am Big Tech employee!)
Step 3: With newfound virallity, put some more hot takes on social media like "girlz r dumb, coz dIvErSiTy hIriNg", bask in the glory of likes and comments
Step 4: Your future/new employer finds this post after it goes viral, figures out that you are not the kind of person they want on their team
Step 5: Now you don't have a job and your college is looking to suspend you from placements.

Unfortunate for the particular person this happens with (although they themselves are to blame for this). But in the bigger picture of things, this your typical fuck around and find out arc. You have social accountability for what you say on social media. And while the bar for what can you say that gets you into jail is extreeeeeemely high (thanks to freedom of speech), the bar for what you can say for an organisation to not want you to be a member of, has always been fairly low.
Personally I think, it is great. People should know what's the cost of throwing around edgy opinions on social media just for shits and giggles and the heady high of a viral post.
There were people who walked out of million dollar jobs because they wanted their Big Tech employer to not make weapons, or to have a different AI ethics principles. So if you actually want to go on a crusade on principles, go ahead and bear the cost of it. But if all you wanted was a viral post, go ahead and bear the consequences then.

Many folks try to gain sympathy by mentioning their tier 3 college or Hindi medium education after landing jobs at MAANG or similar companies. Truth is, more than 90% of people come from similar humble backgrounds and college tiers.

If the Circular is true then it is shocking!! Immediate President’s Rule must be imposed and all VCs arrested under NIA. If not true, track the frauds who put it out
