@BaluGorade I am using BHIM app, its buggy, takes hell of a time to open sometimes upto 15-30 seconds , on other hand Gapy, super app, phonepe takes max 2 seconds to open.

UPI is a world class highway built by NPCI (RBI-backed). BHIM, PhonePe and GPay are just buses running on it. Private buses took over the road. 80% of traffic is with PhonePe and Google Pay. They gave cashbacks. Acquired users fast. Now they control the market. Today, they cross-sell loans, insurance, investments and even charge platform fees. BHIM is the GOV bus. No cross-sell. No platform fee. Still 1% market share. The highway is public. The profits are private. And still, nobody wants to switch.
