How do we reach the customer executive if there is no option? What a lame service planning? What is wrong with Jio these days? Service quality is declining everyday

@JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani I am trying to reach out to the customer executive through my jio app regarding payment of my dues. But that stupid app and its stupid options don't work. Live chat and call support doesn't work. It only plays auto generated messages.

@passportsevamea in proof of birth - PAN card be submitted And Proof of address - Aadhar or Voter Id to be submitted. Are these sufficient documents to submit?

Police, and scared of being targeted by the community. Why don't the police not act on their own but take bribes and ignore the event.

Many lives are suffering because of loud noise. Especially elders, babies, patients and animals. What is so pride in this? Why do these people abuse laws and not get punished. This is happening at villages a lot but nothing can be done to stop due to pressure of being corrupt

@PMOIndia @indSupremeCourt Dear concerns, with due respect why we do not have strict laws against loud speakers played at nights or any given time. Irrespective of any religion, caste and community it should be banned for regular prayer, functions, concerts and festivals.

I contacted Gangaram Hospital to inquire about the doctor supervising Sonia Gandhi ji’s treatment. I said I am a Congress party worker and wanted to know the caste of the doctor treating her. however, they declined to share the doctor’s name and caste. they said that doctors have no religion or caste, but I responded that Rahul Gandhi ji has emphasized the importance of SC/ST doctors for the sake of social justice. I believe Rahul Gandhi ji would have ensured that a Dalit doctor is chosen for Sonia ji. He is seen as a leader who stands for social justice.

Why did Rahul Gandhi chose a GC doctor for his mother?? Why not a reserved category doctor?? This is caste discrimination!!

@JioCare @reliancejio same issue again. How many times in a month do we have to raise these issues. Why is Jio not making any efforts in improving the network. What is making it difficult for Jio is that they are not able to fix this, where Airtel is not facing this issue.
