@khnh80044 These kind of ads mix up harassment with confidence. Supporting this kind of behaviour of men not only harms women to accept sexual harassment of women, it hinders men also from learning about CONSENT. Anything without consent is an assault.

#SouthSudan joins the globe to mark 16 Days of Activism against GBV. “Protect women and girls from digital abuse and exploitation in South Sudan” For years we spoke about violence against women & girls in physical spaces but today we add another space: the digital world.

It’s Day 5 today, and we are looking at the effects of digital violence on survivors. Online harassment usually leaves scars you can’t screenshot nor record. Its impact stretches far beyond the screen, touching the body, community, relationships, and the economic futures of survivors. These effects are: - Physical: disrupted sleep, headaches, stomach pain, and lowered immunity from chronic stress. - Social: reputations bruised, stigma amplified, and confidence unfairly questioned. - Economic: income disrupted, jobs lost, and future opportunities shaken without warning. As you can see, the effects cut deep and last long but awareness is how we weaken their power, early. Refuse to keep quiet. Protect a life. Say NO to Digital Violence. #ACRA #SouthSudan #16DaysOfActivism #EndDigitalViolence

Platforms are not equal when it comes to protecting women & girls online. Some enforce or delay/ barely show up. Understanding the gaps is the first step to demanding better standards, stronger reporting tools, and real accountability. #16DaysofActivismSSD #EndDigitalViolenceSSD

The darkest times fell on Amina* on a rough journey fleeing conflict for safety and later raped. Sexual violence undermines health & dignity of survivors. And it remains shrouded in a culture of silence. At Safe House Amina* rebuilt hope and a sense of life. 🙏 @SwissDevCoop
