My Ford Endeavour broke down near Jaipur during my Mumbai-Spiti trip. Ford Jaipur says Hose Duct Air part (EB3G6C646BC / EB3Z6C646B) is unavailable across India & they aren’t even sure about the correct part number. What next, wait 10 years for a basic part? @FordIndia @Ford

My Ford Endeavour broke down near Jaipur during my Mumbai-Spiti trip. I’m stranded on the road with my family. Ford Jaipur says the Hose Duct Air part is unavailable across India and they don’t know how long it will take. Should we wait for months or years now? @FordIndia @Ford
