बरेली नमाज विवाद: इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट का बड़ा आदेश, DM और SSP को किया तलब प्रयागराज में हुई सुनवाई के दौरान इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने बरेली के चर्चित नमाज विवाद मामले में महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश जारी किए हैं। माननीय न्यायमूर्ति अतुल श्रीधरन और न्यायमूर्ति सिद्धार्थ नंदन की खंडपीठ ने इस मामले में जिले के शीर्ष अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति अनिवार्य की है। अधिकारियों की पेशी: कोर्ट ने बरेली के जिलाधिकारी (DM) और वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक (SSP) को अगली सुनवाई यानी 23 मार्च को व्यक्तिगत रूप से उपस्थित रहने का निर्देश दिया है। सुरक्षा के निर्देश: मकान मालिक हसीन खान द्वारा सुरक्षा की चिंता जताए जाने पर, अदालत ने उन्हें 24/7 दो सशस्त्र गार्ड (गनमैन) मुहैया कराने का आदेश दिया है। अदालती कार्यवाही: सुनवाई के दौरान घर के मालिक का बयान दर्ज किया गया और कोर्ट ने उनकी सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी राज्य प्रशासन को सौंपी है। अदालत अब इस पूरे मामले पर 23 मार्च 2026 को दोपहर 2:00 बजे अपना अंतिम फैसला सुनाएगी। न्यायपालिका के इस रुख से मामले में निष्पक्ष जांच और सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित होने की उम्मीद जगी है। #Bareilly #HighCourt #AllahabadHighCourt #UPPolice #LegalUpdate #NamazControversy #Justice #BareillyNews
