Indeed, Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) called الناس إلى طريق الله, preaching righteousness, mercy, and justice. Like many prophets, he faced rejection from those who felt threatened by truth and moral accountability. This is not unique to him alone. Across history, prophets including Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) were opposed, mocked, and persecuted for standing against فساد and oppression. As Muslims, we honor and respect Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) deeply. We do not insult him, nor do we tolerate disrespect toward any of the messengers of God. The message remains the same: truth will always face resistance, but it does not lose its value because of opposition. What matters today is that we learn from their lives by standing for justice, showing good character, and respecting what others hold sacred.

Prophet #Jesus (pbuh) called people to the path of God & warned against evil & oppression. Immoral, tyrannical powers sought to kill that divine messenger. Lustful, warmongering people couldn’t tolerate the religion of God, His Prophet, and the followers of His path. Jan. 2, 1995

You are free to express your opinions, but you must also understand that your words do not exist in a vacuum. When you reduce the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to “just a man” and justify insulting him, you are deliberately disrespecting what millions hold sacred. For us as Muslims, this is not a small issue. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) holds a central and honored place in our faith, and we do not accept or normalize insults toward him. As you see him as a person, that is how we also see Prophet Isa (peace be upon him) as a noble and respected prophet. Every true Muslim honors him and would never insult him because we understand his status in our religion. So understand this clearly: respect is not one-sided. If you expect your beliefs to be respected, then extend that same respect to others. At the same time, calling for violence or encouraging people to respond with “tenfold violence” is reckless and dangerous. That kind of thinking will only destroy communities and deepen division. We stand firm in defending the dignity of our religion, but we also believe in doing so with discipline, wisdom, and within the law. If we truly want peace, then it must be built on mutual respect, not provocation and not violence.

Dear Muslims, Insulting any human being is not a Crime. It is not an offence punishable by any law. As long as you live in Nigeria, if anyone insults the Prophet Moahmed, you are not obligated to attack or harm them. In fact, you are obligated by law to tolerate insults and protect fellow citizens from harm. The prophet Moahmed was a human being from Saudi Arabia, he's not God. He was a human being who lived like every other human and died. No law says he cannot be disrespected. However, courtesy demands that we respect our fellow citizens, regardless of our differing beliefs. Therefore, it is best for people of opposing religions and worldviews to respect each other's Faith. But in a situation where some people choose to disrespect what other people hold sacred, they are still operating within their freedom to oppose other religions. And you have no right as a Muslim to murder or harm anyone because they insulted a man who died thousands of years ago. To my Christian brothers who are fellow citizens of Nigeria, you are too weak. Weak and timid to a fault. The reason why we are having this conversation on blasphemy is that you have allowed a section of the country too much freedom of violence, so that the northern Muslims now believe it is a right for them to harm you because you do not hold their prophet in high regard. So they constantly threaten you because every time they murder someone for blasphemy you give them no befitting response. If you have been following me, I try to balance my perspectives, I'm for everyone and not for anyone. Brethren, Christians, learn violence. Extreme violence is an important and necessary survival skill every human should be capable of. If the opposition knows you can cause extreme damage he tries to avoid getting into conflicts with you. When the Muslims attack you in the name of blasphemy always return the measure of violence 10-fold. You see, nobody can slap me and I will turn the other cheek. I will return the favour 10 fold. Thanks for your attention to this matter! 🤝
