This is why you’d NEVER catch me arguing football with women.
I did not pay N15 to N30 at ‘God Dey Cinemas’ to watch the EPL and UCL games as a growing boy amongst hundreds of men (1998 to 2002) just to come here to argue Drogba and Rooney with a gender that their love for the game still feels forced.
Most of the women I know that watch football today, did so either because their favorite brothers were fans of that club, or their exes supported the club.

This is irrefutable proof that our problem was never education or exposure. How do you explain that people who fled to a functioning society with reliable institutions and active checks and balances are rooting for the continued leadership of a leader who has trailed in catastrophic failure?
