Arrived today. My 5xGrandfather's British Naval Rocket Brigade patch. Flown in Space during @PolarisProgram's #PolarisDawn Sept. 10-15, 2024 to over 1,400 km & 75 orbits. Exposed to open Space during the World's first non-govt EVA. Thank you @rookisaacman & Casey Phillips!

Artemis II: NASA's repaired Space Launch System moon rocket began a glacial 12-hour trip back to the launch pad about 20 minutes after midnight EDT (0420 UTC), slowly exiting the Vehicle Assembly Building atop an Apollo-era crawler transporter; the 4-mile trip to pad 39B got underway more than 4 hours later than planned because of high winds, but the SLS rocket should be "hard down" atop the launch stand by around noon Friday; that will set the stage for a delayed April 1 launch to send four astronauts on a historic nine-day flight around the moon and back

Two years ago, this was the view from my hotel window when I woke up. Anyone knows that seeing this thing in good weather is very rare.

Indeed, the final Space Force orbit data issued for Haven Demo has an epoch of Feb 7, by which time the spacecraft had been on the bottom of the ocean for 2 days

Space Force failed to issue a decay notice for VAST's Haven Demo, which was removed from orbit on Feb 5. It's still in the US satellite catalog as 'in orbit'.

Mission complete. After three months in orbit and 49 tests completed validating critical systems, components, and processes, we have successfully performed a controlled deorbit of Haven Demo, our in-space testbed for Haven-1 technologies. Read more. vastspace.com/updates/haven-…

4 hours and 45 minutes into EVA-94. They’re wrapping up the work at the IROSA mod kit. EVA-95 coming up will install the last IROSA mod kit on channel 3B at the starboard (S6) truss.
