give yourself some love to grow you cant just grow in anxiety and stress for the rest of your life its like steroids at first you'll see huge results (force to make it) but it will harm your brain so much that you will never be able to work properly dont stress dont be anxious just work if you want to work and if you dont, watch movies and if youre that desperate to work alot, then find something you genuinely love and then work like mad scientist cause forced discipline will kill you in long term
