Imagine drilling a 14-inch hole in a lake and accidentally deleting the entire 1,300-acre lake. Because of a math error, a Texaco rig pierced a salt mine underneath. The lake literally turned into a giant bathtub drain, swallowing the rig, 11 barges, and 65 acres of land. It even created a temporary 164-foot waterfall the tallest in Louisiana history. One wrong decimal point, and the map of the world changed forever.

I truly wish these people could sit under expository preaching and learn proper hermeneutics/context. It would lead them out of this way of thinking. We don’t deny some Protestant “pastors” Are self called and preach idiocy… God did not raise them up. We do however have men of God laboring in pulpits with the fear of God preaching the whole counsel of God. Stop committing false witness.

The worship of Mary is the boldest idol of our age, a monstrosity draped in Christian language but breathing the same breath as every pagan goddess of old. Rome has built a tower of lies on the foundation of tradition, but the Word of God smashes it to dust. There is one Mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus. To claim otherwise, to pray to another, to seek refuge in a woman of flesh, is to strip Christ of His sufficiency and enthrone a rival savior. The glory of God will not be shared, His worship will not be divided, His throne will not be set beside another. Angels refuse worship, apostles refuse worship, and Mary herself confessed her need of a Savior. Yet Rome kneels before her, prays to her, and crowns her Queen of Heaven, the very title God condemned through Jeremiah as an abomination that provoked His wrath. The statues of Isis with Horus, the chants of Diana at Ephesus, the universal mother goddesses of Babylon and Greece, none of them died. They simply took on a new name, a new face, and Rome dared to christen them as Mary. The feast days align with pagan festivals, the rosary echoes pagan beads, the pilgrimages to shrines mirror the groves and temples of the nations. Instead of destroying the high places as God commanded, Rome rebuilt them and called them holy. Instead of smashing idols, Rome baptized them and called them saints. Instead of proclaiming Christ alone, Rome teaches that every grace flows through Mary as universal mother, mediator, and queen. This is not the gospel. This is not the church. This is syncretism, the very thing God’s people have always been judged for. Theotokos, meant to protect the truth of Christ’s divinity, was twisted into fuel for Mary’s deification. From honor to veneration, from veneration to worship, from worship to deification, the slide is complete, the idol enthroned. And the fruit is the same as always: men trust in a creature, not in the Creator; prayers are offered to the wrong throne; salvation is sought from the wrong hands. The blood of Christ is eclipsed by the shadow of a counterfeit queen. The true Mary would tear her name from every idol. She would rebuke Rome as Paul rebuked those who sought to worship him. She would cry, “My soul magnifies the Lord, my spirit rejoices in God my Savior. Do whatever He tells you!” But Rome silences her true voice with the golden lies of tradition. This entire edifice is rubble already in the light of Scripture. It is the Queen of Heaven repackaged, paganism resurrected, the mother goddess worship of the nations relabeled. The hammer of God’s Word smashes it from every side: You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only shall you serve. My glory I will not give to another, nor my praise to idols. There is one God and one Mediator. Every spiritual blessing is in Christ. Every knee will bow to Him. Mariolatry is exposed as nothing but theft from the throne of Christ and a snare to the souls of men. Let the idols topple, let the shrines be deserted, let the prayers to Mary fall silent. For the Lamb of God reigns, and His name alone is worthy of worship, adoration, and trust. The entire system of Marian devotion, from beads to statues, from apparitions to processions, from titles to shrines, is the single greatest fraud Satan has foisted upon the church, and it will meet the same fate as all idols before it: cast down, shattered, burned, and forgotten, when Christ appears in glory and every false throne is crushed beneath His feet.

I don’t think they’re less of a Christian, just misguided. Dispensational theology is not in alignment with 1850 years of church teachings and isn’t in line with scripture. The deciding factor for me was the opposition to the unity of all believers becoming the body of Christ, and they think that the church is the body but Israel is something different. They literally believe that the church reigns in heaven and ethnic Israel reigns on earth. Totally opposing what the New Testament teaches. We are all united in Christ.

This is what many miss…If God is sovereign, and He is; and if Christ was sent to save everyone and everyone is not saved—wouldn’t that dilute the sovereignty of God and make Christ an ineffective Savior? Like it or not God decides who he will save and who he doesn’t—and He has since the beginning. Read OT scripture and relate what OT describe to what Christ says in John 6:37.
