People with ADHD experience something called demand avoidance. The more someone asks you to do something, the harder it becomes to do it. Even if you WANT to do it. It’s not defiance. It’s not laziness. Your brain perceives the demand as pressure, and pressure triggers a freeze response. Someone nagging you to do the dishes? Now you physically can’t, even though you were about to do them. It’s not you being difficult. It’s your nervous system protecting you from what it sees as a threat.

I love seeing couples comeback together. If the love is genuine who gives a fuck what anyone thinks 🤞🏾❤️

This is my real issue with people.

My discernment has always caused unnecessary conflict only for me to be right in the end . You don’t have to like or care for me . But when I say something is off or someone isn’t right … I promise you I know what I’m talking about . People have spent too much time trying to discredit me . But I’m finally in the era of people realizing that they should have listened the first time 😮‍💨🤷🏽‍♀️
