@EKHUFT been waiting for a sleep study appointment, received a letter the other day, & after opening it I noticed that although it’s my address on the letter, it’s someone else’s name, someone else’s date of birth & someone else’s NHS number. Nobody answers the phone when I call

@shortlew@LloydsBank Been with the about the same amount of time and also platinum customer.. had a phone call last week from someone apparently working for them, grilling me as to where certain payments into my bank had come from, because they were cash…. Get treated like a criminal for having cash
So today’s the day after 18 years of being a @LloydsBank customer (10 of which being a platinum customer) I’ve decided to start banking elsewhere just because of the complete and utter incompetence of the staff on calls and live chat
