I’m here at the Montgomery Invitational for the indoor track and field event and when I arrive with an athlete they make the athlete, a young high schooler, walk outside around the entire complex through the snow and ice, dodging cars to the back entrance.

And we’re off! The first race of the 2024/2025 MCPS Indoor Track season.

It’s day 5 of the summer conditioning runs at the Agricultural Farm Park and it’s hill day…again. We’re here every Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 6 pm.
