@tumisole @MyJRA I’ve tried this, I hit a man hole once, the cover was stolen. I claimed and that ended nowhere. Then I hit a pothole and claimed once again and did I get my money ? No. Both instances I had to replace the tyre and repair the rim.

Ive never understood how municipalities allow buildings like this and other institutions to run up millions in municipal debt but as soon as a homeowner owes 3 months they already have the city at their doors cutting off services.
